All those budding young writers out there, sharpen your quills and set your minds in gear. Here's your chance to prove yourself with your pen.
Participate in this much awaited event of the year and get a chance to have your poems and stories stories published in Kemcol 2011 and Us Weekly of The News.
TOPICS WILL BE ANNOUNCED ONE DAY BEFORE THE EVENT.
NO REGISTRATION REQUIRED

Venue: Patiala Lecture Theatre 2
Timings: 1:00 pm - 2:30 pm
RULES AND REGULATIONS
*Topics will be announced a day before,but stories/poems will have to be written at the spot.
*Candidates will be given 60 to 90 minutes to complete their work.
*Candidates can write in any genre / format that they feel comfortable with.
*Stories/ poems containing any objectionable content will be disqualified.
Stories will be judged according to the following criteria :

-range of vocabulary
-relevance to the topic
-central idea and plot
-style of writing
-ability to engage the reader
-overall impact of the story
